1. Donations (Voluntary Contributions)

All donations made to HDFW – Heart Disease Free World Foundation are purely voluntary and strictly non-refundable.

Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances.

Donors are requested to carefully verify the donation amount and purpose before completing the transaction.
2. Event or Program Registrations (If Applicable)

If you have registered for any paid event or program organized by the Foundation and wish to cancel, please contact us at info@hdfw.org within 24 hours of payment.

Refunds for events or registrations may be considered only if the cancellation request is received at least 7 days prior to the event date.

Any applicable processing or administrative charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

The Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on event-specific conditions.
3. Duplicate Transactions

In case of a duplicate or excess payment, please inform us immediately at info@hdfw.org or call +91-9464994909.

After verification, the excess amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
4. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway or transaction charges levied during the payment process are non-refundable under all circumstances.
