About

Our CPR Training Program

HDFW Heart Disease Free World Foundation conducts CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training programs to empower people with life-saving skills during cardiac emergencies. Early CPR can double or triple survival chances in sudden cardiac arrest. Our training focuses on hands-on practice, real-life scenarios, and confidence building, enabling citizens to act immediately until medical help arrives. This initiative aims to create a CPR-trained community that can save lives anytime, anywhere.

HDFW Heart Disease Free World Foundation believes that every minute counts during a cardiac emergency. Sudden cardiac arrest can occur anywhere—at home, in offices, factories, public places, or on the road. Immediate CPR performed by a trained person can increase survival rates by 2–3 times before ambulance or hospital care is available. Through our CPR training programs, HDFW aims to create a first-responder-ready society.

Our CPR training sessions are designed for corporates, factories, schools, colleges, residential societies, security staff, drivers, police personnel, and the general public. The program is conducted by certified trainers, doctors, and emergency care professionals, ensuring accurate and practical learning.

Training Includes:

  • Recognition of cardiac arrest and emergency response
  • Hands-only CPR and conventional CPR techniques
  • Proper use of AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
  • Choking management for adults and children
  • Hands-on practice using CPR mannequins
  • Do’s and don’ts during medical emergencies

Participants receive practical exposure, confidence building, certification, and awareness material to act decisively during emergencies.

Our Mission

HDFW aims to train maximum citizens at the grassroots level, especially in high-footfall areas and workplaces, so that no life is lost due to lack of timely help. CPR is not just a medical skill—it is a social responsibility.
